#163 - Ice Cream is Yummy!

In preparation for Easter tomorrow, we made an ice cream dessert with caramel topping and a crust made of quick oats, brown sugar, butter and flour. I know I must have helped make this recipe at least once as a kid, because I remembered to buy the ice cream in the square box because it's easier to use - but it sure was fun to make the crust with TLG's help (he's getting to love to cook!)
